The Predictive Effect of Anxiety and Burnout Levels Related to the COVID-19 Pandemic and Organizational Commitment on their Intention to Leave the Organization of the Healthcare Professionals

Objective: The study was conducted to determine predictive effect of anxiety and burnout levels related the COVID-19 Pandemic organizational commitment on their ıntention leave organization healthcare professionals. Methods: sample consisted 251 professionals who actively worked during pandemic process. Data were collected by applying "Coronavirus Anxiety Scale", "COVID-19 Burnout "Organizational Commitment "Intention Leave Organization Scale". data analysed in SPSS 22 package program. Results: 66.5% all participants units process, 57.4% them had COVID-19, 75.3% vaccine, 32.3% lost a relative due COVID-19. 42.2% dysfunctional they experienced very high level burnout, continuance commitment, which is one subscales high, affective normative moderate, intention moderate. explained 7.7% change organization.
